SC-600 AB

SC-600 AB burns any sort of waste excluding aluminum and glass has been procured from Japan and is currently available for its usage within the Nepalese territory. This machine has been successfully demonstrated as a smokeless incinerator and is currently operative within the Capital City, Kathmandu.

This incinerator performs smokeless combustion, because it’s gasification combustion system is composed of a combustion furnace. This incinerator is a one-batch type and double door, where the waste materials should be charged manually. The characteristic of Smoke is that it has a reburning chamber (cyclone structure) and burns twice (reburning structure), so it rotates and burns, eliminating unburned gas (black smoke) and removing dust.
Since the ignition temperature differs depending on the burning material, first wood and paper should be kept and ignited with a lighter or propane burner. Organic wastes and plastics should be charged after reaching their respective ignition temperatures which is 900 degrees and 600 degrees respectively. If the respective temperature isn’t achieved, then there is a probability of light black smoke. Also, if the entire re-combustion chamber has flames and smoke is coming out of the chimney, it is too much to burn, so all the adjustment knobs should be closed to shut off air from below and suppress combustion.
